A customer in Pymble was concerned about the appearance of their large exposed aggregate concrete driveway and wished to upgrade it in preparation for the sale of their property.
The driveway had several cracks, and the existing expansion joints were degraded and needed repair.
The customer selected a French-grey colour with two-tone flecks for the upgrade.
The preparation process included repairing all cracks and expansion joints.
We then applied 2-3 coats of a cement-based topping over the exposed aggregate to create a smooth, new concrete effect.
Following this, we applied two coats of the top colour using a pressure spray and finished with two coats of sealer to lock in the color and provide long-term protection to the resurfaced concrete.
The customer was delighted with the result, which significantly enhanced the appearance of the long driveway and added value to the property.
