The WizCrete 15 Step Process – spray-on resurfacing process involves some or all of the following procedures:
- Removal of any foreign materials – paint, old sealer, mortar etc
- Grinding of rough edges, trip hazards and repair of holes
- Cleaning and repairing of expansion joints
- Acid washing or high pressure cleaning of area
- Repairing of cracks
- Protection of walls and gardens to prevent overspray of product
- Application of primer to surface
- Levelling of surface – if going over exposed aggregate/dropped slabs
- Spraying of base coat in grout line colour
- Placement of stencil pattern
- Spraying of main colour – usually two coats are applied
- Spraying of border colour
- Removal of stencil and cleaning of surface
- Application of sealant – usually two coats
- Area is sectioned off to protect the new surface
- vehicular traffic for 4-7 days
- pedestrian traffic for 2-5 days
Ongoing Maintenance
Area should be resealed approximately every 2-3 years depending on usage.

Concrete cracks will be repaired as required as part of the resurfacing process, however WizCrete Concrete offers NO GUARANTEES against cracks reappearing.
